‘Phir Le Aya Dil’ is truly a scintillating track performed by Shafqat Amanat Ali’s voice is melodious and smooth, the enchanting music of the film is directed by Pritam. This Bollywood Romantic-comedy drama is written and co-produced by Anurag Basu, it depicts the life of Barfi played by Ranbir Kapoor who is mute and deaf and Jhilmil who is autistic, played by Priyanka Chopra and Shruti, played by Ileana D’Cruz.

Phir le aaya Dil is a fairly easy song to understand lyrics-wise, if you have good knowledge of Hindi and Urdu. In terms of movie and it’s picturization it assumes greater meaning. Ileana and Ranbir shared a mutual feeling of love but couldn’t marry because of Ranbir’s disabilities and her mother’s devious scheming. She meets Ranbir after long time and is somewhat saddened to see Ranbir in love with Priyanka. She on the other hand is trapped in an unloving, unhappy marriage. Hence, the lyrics of the song achieve a greater meaning and lend gravitas to the plot.
